As a former all conference two sport college athlete, I learned to train at intense levels to compete with other top-notch athletes. I have acquired a broad range of experience in many different areas of personal fitness. I work with my clients' strengths and around their weaknesses to develop the best possible program for their goals and needs.


I have learned many lessons about goal setting and redefining tasks and objectives from running my own successful business for nearly a decade.
